The Finance Health Check is a process where we look at a number of key areas of the business and the financials.
It aims to look at the suitability of the financial tools within the business, the quality of the information and how accessible this is for you and your decision making process.
Reviewing areas like performance, position and strategy, it provides an objective third party view of your businesses opportunities and threats, including funding sources, systems and internal reporting.
The Finance Health Check has a standard process, which includes the following stages:
- The completion of a diagnostic form provided
- The submission of financial information to us
- The review of information by us, in preparation
- A consultation meeting, to dig a little deeper
- Then the preparation of a summary report for you with suggested next steps and how we might be able to help you take action
